Hi. My names Jack and I am a full-time Software Tester although I'm also moving into a junior developer role at Made Open.

I'm involved at all stages of platform quality assurance; from planning new features with the team through to testing regular platform updates and bug fixes.

My main responsibilities include:

  • Responding to user and client queries;
  • Testing bug fixes, platform updates and new features;
  • Managing incoming bug reports.

I studied Games Programming at Bournemouth University. I have a methodical approach to problem solving and support our Product Manager (I call him Phil!) with all aspects of testing.
