Hello!

At Made Open, I lead a passionate and talented team who share my vision for empowering communities to create positive change.

Throughout my career I've been a problem solver - whether as a digital strategist, service designer or business owner.

By nature I tend to offer solutions only once I know exactly what the problem is. This approach I feel has led me to accumulate a fairly unusual set of skills and knowledge, and perspective too perhaps.

I love writing and recently set up a creative writing blog to explore my passions, which is at the heart of Made Open. This is a personal project.

Mind you, despite my love of writing, I sometimes need Kathryn to help with translation. She speaks Rob! One client recently expressed their gratitude, "Thank god someone does" he said. Hmmmm...
